Dear Service Providers
Thank you for showing interest in the Pecanwood Homeowners Association (“PHOA”).
The PHOA has embarked on a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process for an Accounting Service Provider to provide accounting services to the Estate, and with your organization being invited to participate in such RFP process.
In having shown interest, the PHOA wishes to now table a more detailed set of parameters to better enable potential providers to amend, adapt or refine their proposal to the guidelines defined.
The successful service provider should have the facilities and resources to provide not only the day to day services required from such a contract, but should also be in a position to provide the following key value-added deliverables as defined in the RFP document attached.
Service providers will be afforded a date and time to attend a site visit at the Estate, to satisfy yourselves with the requirements of the contract, where after a formal proposal can then be compiled for submission at Pecanwood Estate, R512 Provincial Road, North West Province. Proposals will be evaluated based on costs that equate to solutions.
The proposed timeline of events should be noted as follows:
- Monday 29th January 2018: Issuance of RFP guide
- Monday 05th February 2018 at 09h00 am: Site visit at Pecanwood Estate
- Monday 12th February 2018 at 12h00 pm: Closing date for submissions of RFP’s
- Friday 16th February 2018: Shortlisted providers contacted
Should you not be contacted, please be advised that your proposal has been rejected.
All proposals to be emailed to email@example.com and a hard copy is to be hand delivered to the PHOA at Pecanwood Estate, R512 Provincial Road, North West Province by no later than 12:00PM, Monday 12 February 2018.
